Customer Success Manager

Your role is pivotal in onboarding new clients and ensuring their satisfaction and success with our platform. We're looking for someone with a customer-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a good grasp of technology. No prior experience is needed, but a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects are key.

  • Responsibilities: Onboard clients, manage connectivity to banks, resolve issues, enable additional services, and gather actionable feedback.
  • Qualifications: Customer-centric, tech-savvy, excellent organizer, team player sensitive to cultural differences, fluent in business English, Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 0-2 years, with a strong preference for candidates who are organized and thrive in dynamic environments.
