We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who thrives in high-impact situations and takes full ownership of customer issues.
In this role, you’re not just answering tickets. You’re helping customers move money, resolve time-sensitive issues, and keep their financial operations running without disruption. When something breaks or doesn’t go as planned, you step in, take control, and get it fixed.
You’ll work closely with customers, banks, and internal teams to make sure problems are solved quickly, clearly, and for good.
