We're looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Business Development Representative to help accelerate our growth by building relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, Finance Managers, and other senior finance stakeholders.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Corporate Sales to identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with organizations looking to modernise their treasury, banking, payments, and cash management infrastructure.

This is not a traditional BDR role.

You won't inherit a mature territory, receive a steady stream of inbound leads, or work from a predefined target list. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to build a market from the ground up. Your success, earning potential, and career growth will be directly linked to your initiative, performance, and ability to create opportunities.

What you’ll do

Generate new business opportunities with prospective corporate clients
Build relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors
Manage sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle
Develop expertise in treasury, payments, and cash management solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and growth
Take increasing ownership while helping expand Cobase across Europe

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Fluent in English. German language skills are strongly preferred
At least a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
0–3 years of professional experience
A strong interest in corporate finance, treasury, banking, fintech, or technology
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Someone who takes ownership and creates opportunities rather than waiting for them
