Business Development Representative - Microsoft Dynamics

You may already have experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, ERP software, fintech, consulting, or another commercial environment. What matters most is that you're commercially minded, highly ambitious, and eager to accelerate your career.

This role is designed for people who want more than a traditional sales position.

You won't spend years waiting for promotion cycles or following a predefined career path. Your progression, earnings, and professional development will be driven largely by your own performance, initiative, and commitment.

You'll work directly with Microsoft Dynamics partners, CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, Finance Managers, and other senior decision-makers at large international organizations.

What you’ll do

Recruit and develop partnerships with Microsoft Dynamics implementation partners and ISVs across Europe
Drive partner engagement through webinars, sales enablement sessions, client cases, events and co-marketing initiatives
Identify and generate new business opportunities through the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and demos to proposals and contract negotiations
Work with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance leaders at international organizations
Grow existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for expansion and upselling

What we are looking for

1–5 years of experience in a commercial, SaaS, fintech, ERP, software, consulting, or partner-facing role
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Finance & Operations or the wider Microsoft ecosystem
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
Someone who takes ownership and creates opportunities rather than waiting for them
The confidence to engage senior stakeholders
Comfortable creating opportunities from scratch
Degree doesn't matter to us - ambition, attitude, and performance do
