We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who thrives in high-impact situations and takes full ownership of customer issues.
In this role, you’re not just answering tickets. You’re helping customers move money, resolve time-sensitive issues, and keep their financial operations running without disruption. When something breaks or doesn’t go as planned, you step in, take control, and get it fixed.
In this role, you’ll work directly with Finance teams to support more complex use cases, guide platform adoption and expansion, and help resolve issues as they arise. The role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and client success.
