The role: owning critical moments for our customers

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who thrives in high-impact situations and takes full ownership of customer issues.

In this role, you’re not just answering tickets. You’re helping customers move money, resolve time-sensitive issues, and keep their financial operations running without disruption. When something breaks or doesn’t go as planned, you step in, take control, and get it fixed.

In this role, you’ll work directly with Finance teams to support more complex use cases, guide platform adoption and expansion, and help resolve issues as they arise. The role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and client success.

 

What you’ll do

Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and support requests
Take ownership of payment-related issues from start to resolution
Troubleshoot bank connections, payment flows, and platform usage
Coordinate with product and engineering on complex or time-critical cases
Guide customers in using the platform effectively and confidently
Spot patterns, prevent recurring issues, and improve how we support clients

What we are looking for

Someone who enjoys solving problems under pressure and getting things done
Clear communicator with a structured approach
Result-oriented with a strong can-do mentality
Fluent in English and at least one other European language (essential)
Comfortable with tech, banking, or finance tools
Able to explain complex topics in a simple, practical way
Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or SaaS support is a strong plus
Hands-on, proactive, and takes full ownership
